The Cardholder is entitled to only one Card and is required to use it exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Card Release<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Card is issued completely free of charge, provided it is filled out correctly and completely.<br \/>\nof the subscription form. Failure to complete the form, or incomplete or false information, will result in the Card being denied or revoked. The Cardholder also undertakes to notify the Issuer of any changes to his or her personal data.<br \/>\nThe data provided by the Data Controller will be processed by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data (European Regulation 2016\/679 on the protection of personal data \u2013 GDPR).<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Use of the Card<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To take advantage of the benefits associated with the Card, it is necessary to present the same when paying for the services\/products purchased from the Issuer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Loss, damage, theft, manipulation, counterfeiting or malfunction of the Card<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of loss, damage, or theft of the Card, the Cardholder is required to promptly notify the Issuer, who, after verifying the Cardholder&#039;s identification data, undertakes to cancel and replace the old Card with a new one and to credit the latter, within the necessary technical timeframes, with any accumulated and unused benefits.<br \/>\nThe Issuer reserves the right to verify the validity of the Cards presented and to refuse any found to be counterfeit or otherwise tampered with.<br \/>\nIn cases of counterfeiting or manipulation, the Holder will not be entitled to recognition or reimbursement of any benefits that may have been accumulated and not used.<br \/>\nThe Issuer is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper or abusive use of the Card.<br \/>\nThe Issuer is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences related to malfunctions of the Card and its management systems beyond its control. However, the Issuer undertakes to do everything possible to ensure that Cardholders recover any accumulated but unused benefits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6) Returning the Card<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Cardholder may, at any time, return his Card to the Issuer.<br \/>\nThe refund entails the renunciation of any benefits that may have been accumulated and not used.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7) Validity and revocation of the Card<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Card does not expire, but the Issuer reserves the right to revoke it at any time and without notice if it is not used for a period exceeding 36 months or if it is used fraudulently, incorrectly, or in a manner that is harmful to the Issuer, or in any case if it is used in violation of these regulations.<br \/>\nRevocation will result in the cancellation of the Card and the cancellation of any accumulated and unused benefits.
