For the twelfth consecutive year, VIVI brings the practice of yoga back to the green heart of Rome with the event Experience the Sun Salutation \u2013 Free Yoga at Villa Pamphili<\/em>. A now historic event, transforming the capital's largest park into a space for well-being, listening, and connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the June 3 to September 14, 2025<\/strong>, every day from Tuesday to Sunday<\/strong>, H 7.00pm \u2013 8.00pm<\/strong> , at the foot of the pine trees surrounding the LIVE \u2013 Villa Pamphili (entrance from Via Vitellia 102)<\/strong>, you can participate in free yoga, children's yoga, and tai chi lessons led by qualified local schools and teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation is free and open to all<\/strong>: just bring a mat with you and activate the ViVi Card<\/strong>. No reservation is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project, promoted, and supported by ViVi Proudly B-Corp, offers the opportunity to experience moments of tranquility, well-being, and connection with nature through yoga in one of the capital's most beautiful parks. VIVI \u2013 The Saluto al Sole is a project by ViVi, a Benefit Corporation and B-Corp, sponsored by the Municipio XII of Rome and sponsored by La Finestra sul Cielo, Nuvolazero, Yogurt Vipiteno, Steccolecco, and Yogi Tea.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Yoga for everyone in the open air<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The program is designed to be inclusive and accessible: whether it's your first class or you've been practicing for years, each session is structured to allow everyone to follow their own pace, in a welcoming and non-competitive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the schools featured in this edition: YogAyur, Viralab Yoga, Amrita Yoga Center and the Lupi Grigi Tai Chi Taiji Quan School. Leading the inaugural lesson of the June 7th<\/strong> will be Federico Insabato<\/strong>, while the June 21st<\/strong>, on the occasion of World Yoga Day, a special event with live music is planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
