A picnic is ideal this time of year. The long days, the green fields, the flowers, and the trees bursting with life encourage us to spend more time outdoors. All we can do is follow our instincts and spend more time in nature. How? Here's the idea: Organize a wonderful picnic with your family or friends now!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Especially when children are around (but really always), it's the perfect time to indulge in some bucolic relaxation and, why not, some fun in nature, where even the stresses of everyday life become a distant memory. You don't have to go far; Rome has many splendid parks, the city's true green lungs, offering soft grass to sit on and trees to shade and feast on, thanks to our picnic baskets filled with delicious and healthy treats.<\/p>\n

But how can we make the \u201couting\u201d truly perfect?<\/p>\n

The ingredients for an unforgettable picnic<\/strong><\/p>\n

First of all we definitely need the right company<\/strong>So, surround yourself with positive people and make sure you arrive full of good energy (if you're feeling a little off that day, don't worry; the contact with nature and sunlight will help you recover very quickly!).<\/p>\n

It's also essential to have everything you need to make mealtime memorable. Food needs to be tasty, yet light, wholesome, and healthy. Our perfect picnic basket includes fresh, organic foods that make your outdoor experience even more complete. Vegetable or grain salads, fruit salads, and delicious treats are just a few of the options you can enjoy while sitting comfortably on the grass, and ideally, something you can nibble on with your hands!<\/p>\n

As always, it is good to pay attention to the environment that hosts us. We therefore always use eco-friendly and compostable packaging<\/strong>, recycled paper napkins, etc. and above all we take away all the waste so as to leave the place we occupied as nice and clean as it was before our arrival.<\/p>\n

Don't forget some entertainment: guitar, ball, Frisbee, or whatever games and pastimes you like, as well as a lot of conversation. The picnic could also be a good opportunity to... walking barefoot in the greenery<\/strong> (It's a simple thing but it's so good for us who always wear shoes!) or to practice yoga and meditation in company (in this case, also bring a mat and comfortable clothes).<\/p>\n

When to have a picnic<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nice weather is always a good time to plan a picnic! It can be a great way to gather family or friends, but it's also a unique and romantic way to spend some special time with your partner, celebrate something special like an engagement, or even have a unique bucolic wedding.<\/p>\n

It can also be a diversion during your lunch break, perhaps to surprise a client or colleague (it's more unusual, but nothing stops you from organizing a picnic in the middle of the week!), or even a welcome gift for a loved one who's tired of receiving the same old things for their birthday or other special occasions.<\/p>\n

Last but not least... the kids! Who wouldn't appreciate a picnic-style birthday party with classmates and friends? Even a first communion or baptism lends itself well to this format, as they're often celebrated during the warmer months.<\/p>\n

In short, there are many opportunities: take advantage of them, enjoy some well-deserved relaxation, and bon appetit!<\/p>\n
