ORGANIC CERTIFICATION

The organic certification issued by Bioagricert, a MASAF-authorized inspection body, certifies that the company's activities are subject to controls in accordance with European regulations on organic farming (EU Regulation 2018/848). Specifically:

Organic ingredients

Certified organic products are made using raw materials from certified organic farming, grown according to the rules established by European organic legislation, which limits the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

Production process control

The inspection body verifies that organic raw materials are managed and processed in compliance with the regulations, avoiding contamination with conventional ingredients.

Periodic inspections

The company undergoes periodic checks and inspections to ensure compliance with the organic method and applicable regulations.

Traceability

Recording and control systems allow you to track production batches from raw materials to the finished product.

ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System 

This certification attests that the company has adopted a quality management system compliant with the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

This system includes procedures and organizational controls aimed at improving the management of production processes, the traceability of activities, and the monitoring of the quality of products and services offered.

ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System

ISO 14001 certification certifies the adoption of an environmental management system compliant with the international standard ISO 14001.

Through this system, the company identifies, monitors, and manages the environmental aspects of its production activities, defining improvement objectives and control procedures in compliance with applicable environmental regulations.

BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) 

The production plant is certified according to the BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety, one of the main international food safety schemes.

BRCGS – Food Safety provides a framework for managing product safety, integrity, legality, and quality, as well as operational controls related to these criteria, in the food and food ingredient manufacturing, processing, and packaging industries (https://www.brcgs.com/our-standards/food-safety/).

B Corp Certification

Since 2022, Vivi Srl Società Benefit, owner of the Borboletta brand, has been a certified B Corp company, assessed according to the social and environmental performance standards defined by B Lab.
