Il nostro laboratorio è alimentato al 100% da pannelli solari e da energia proveniente al 100% da fonti rinnovabili italiane (Lifegate). Il ViVi Lab è anche un laboratorio al femminile, dove gran parte del lavoro viene svolto da bravissime pasticcere.
