The ViVi brand

ViVi is a collection of bistros and restaurants in Rome's most extraordinary locations: the gardens of Villa Blumensthil on Monte Mario, the park of Villa Pamphili, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, and the Galleria Borghese. ViVi is also a certified organic laboratory, ViVi Lab, in the heart of the capital, producing sweet and savory delights.

Local, certified organic producers from the area, seeking a short supply chain

Over time, we have consolidated collaborative relationships with several local producers and suppliers of certified organic ingredients. Whenever possible, we favor local companies and those that adopt production practices consistent with our selection criteria.

This direct relationship with producers allows us to better understand the supply chains and share our commitment to the quality of raw materials and transparency towards our customers.

Our goal is to offer a pleasant and refined gastronomic experience, based on selected ingredients and a cuisine that is attentive to the balance of preparations.

The wine list includes labels from certified organic wineries and producers who adopt natural or biodynamic winemaking practices.
