FAQ
- How long can I stay at my reserved table? We expect you to be at the table for approximately 2 hours
- Isn't the time I want appearing when I book? If the time you'd like to book doesn't appear, it means it's no longer available.
- How do I know if my online booking was successful? Once you complete your online booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a booking code. There's no need to call or email to reconfirm.
- Can I change or cancel my reservation? Yes, there is a button directly from the email to cancel or change the table time, provided there is availability.
- Can I delay? Please be punctual; your table will only be reserved for 15 minutes after your reservation time, after which it may be given to someone else.
- Do you accept credit cards? Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Can I bring a cake from outside? No, you can order custom cakes or organic desserts from our certified organic bakery by email. You can find the catalog on our website!
- If I booked for the aperitif (7pm) can I stay for dinner? No, your table will be available to someone else after about two hours. We recommend emailing us to check availability or making a second reservation for the new time slot.
- What do I have to do to organize an event? It's very simple: send us an email summarizing what you'd like to organize and set up a meeting with you.
If our online bookings are full, you can still try to come by: sometimes we get last-minute cancellations!
