Welcome Spring! Welcome to the new Vivi Bistrot website.

This is the first post on our new blog, on our new website, as we approach the new season. All this new development is incredibly exciting. Spring always brings with it that feeling that anything is possible. Perhaps it's the effect of nature, seeing the dry branches of trees, even in the city, begin to fill with beautiful flowers.

So one morning, you wake up early and notice that it's not so dark anymore, so maybe you want to leave the windows open despite the cool breeze, and breathe in the air that smells of a new beginning.

You leave a little early and allow yourself the luxury of walking to work (or at least you don't mind parking the car a little further away). You realize you only had a coffee, which isn't exactly breakfast, but today you have the time and desire to treat yourself. Maybe you'll have a... organic smoothie, with strawberries, banana, and berries, because a pink smoothie cheers you up and makes you feel like a kid again. But you also know it's good for you, and will keep you full until lunchtime.

Then there are the traditions: Easter cleaning! Spring forces you to reconnect with nature. So you dust off the vases at the bottom of the shelves, pick out new seasonal flowers, and create a spring corner in your home or office with daffodils and hyacinths. Plants aromatic herbs And you feel the damp earth with your hands. You think about how wonderfully fertile the earth is, offering us what we need for our well-being in every season, without asking much in return, except perhaps a little more respect.

It comes naturally to you to want to eat lighter, so enough with the soups and heavy winter dishes and make way for salads and lots of vegetables. It's time to tidy up the pantry and fill it with seasonal products. Asparagus and agretti have arrived at the markets and today for lunch you are ordering a velvety soup fresh organic peas that make you feel like you're eating spring bite after bite.

Rome shines in these increasingly longer, sun-filled days. You eat the first ice cream of the season while strolling through the center, and as soon as March stops acting crazy, you grab a blanket, a basket, maybe some sandwiches, and go eat on the lawn. Because the "“picnic is a state of mind”. And, if you want to have an experience worthy of the beautiful spring day, you can treat yourself to a Deluxe Picnic, where the only thing you have to worry about is enjoying the company of the people you share kindness with to the fullest.

You laugh with the kids, chase balls, and watch the new mothers with strollers stop after a walk to have a snack with their little ones, with tea, cake, or a sandwich. You exchange a smile, and you think that a dessert would actually be a great idea right now.

Well, it's here, spring has arrived. We've done our digital cleaning, and this is our new home on the web, where we'll tell you about the #ViviMomenti of the new season and those to come.

Let's experience it together!
