The real protagonists of the Race are the Women in Pink, women who are facing or have faced breast cancer. Wearing their pink jerseys, they march with courage and determination, demonstrating the importance of early diagnosis and offering support to those still fighting. They are a symbol of strength, resilience, and hope for the more than 56,000 women who every year, in Italy alone, are faced with this disease.
