At Vivi Bistrot, we're constantly searching for new flavors and trends in food and flavors. That's why we've decided to add some delicious new additions to our menu: fluffy tea. Delicate, sweet flavors blend perfectly with bolder tastes in a refreshing drink made with carefully selected, organic ingredients. Our suggestions tea there are three: the fluffy energy, that Force and fluffy tea antibodies.
Colorful, tasty, and super easy to make at home: fluffy teas!

Let's start from the base: the green tea This will be our initial step. We leave it to infuse for at least 5 minutes so that the antioxidants (useful for counteracting the formation of free radicals, responsible for cellular aging) and polyphenols anti-radicals – more powerful than even vitamin C and E – take effect. While the tea releases all its beneficial properties, let's focus on the flavors: add some pollen (very easy to find even at the supermarket) to a shaker and a level tablespoon of cinnamon for the fluffy antibodies, fresh mint leaves and spirulina for the fluffy strength and coconut flakes and chia seeds for the fluffy energy.
Let's take our tea, which will have finished steeping at this point. Pour the infusion into the shaker and... shake vigorously! The result will be a splendid, energizing drink, hot and tasty. In anticipation of the warmer weather (let's count down!), we've also included the option of iced fluffy tea: just add a few ice cubes and you're done! One last tip for those with a sweet tooth: instead of the traditional white or raw sugar, add a spoonful of agave syrup or of the honey!
