On Saturday 25th March, we had the pleasure of hosting some blogger and instagrammer friends from Vivi Bistrot, we spent a sweet morning, talking about good food, tasting artisanal and organic cakes of our new spinoff: Vivi Bistrot Bakery.
Over the years, we've focused on flavor, using top-quality organic ingredients from reliable suppliers and sourcing delicious organic cakes made only with 100% natural ingredients. This has always been a challenge for us, until one day we decided to make our own cakes for the Vivi Bistrot café. In our culinary laboratory, where we prepare the bases for our recipes, we began making our own cakes; initially, only two types, but gradually, Francesca Cascia, our pastry chef, with a lot of effort and imagination has started to prepare different types of artisanal cakes, using only the 100% natural ingredients, such as wholemeal flours, raw cane sugar, butter, fresh and organic eggs, without the use of additives or preservatives.

To satisfy all tastes and needs, we also make dairy-free cakes. Seeing how our cakes were so popular with our customers who come for breakfast or a snack at Vivi Bistrot, we created a service to allow our customers to enjoy these artisanal cakes in the comfort of their own homes, as if they were freshly baked. Thus, the Vivi Bistrot Bakery delivery service was born. Now you can order your favorite cake online or by phone just one day in advance and collect it at your favorite store in Villa Pamphili, Piazza Navona, or San Silvestro.
