What's cooking? We flew to the other side of the world and came back with the desire to prepare some delicious... Chinese ravioli Steamed and filled with Italian ingredients: hand-embroidered and stuffed with tasty vegetables and organic meats.
There tradition thousand-year-old history of Chinese ravioli (jiaozi in Chinese) is lost in the centuries but thanks to our intrepid curiosity we wanted to travel through time to bring this famous street food in your hands. We'll teach you how to make them, or if you have your own version, suggestions are always welcome.
