We've decided to take you far away with our tasty and exotic platters accompanied by fabulous drinks. Each of our venues will offer you a one-way ticket to a world of flavors. one dedicated day a week!

Each region offers a different array of dishes, ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavors. Iranian cuisine is one of the oldest and most fascinating in the world, with a history dating back thousands of years. It reflects the richness of Persian culture and the interaction with surrounding civilizations over the centuries. One of its distinctive features is the generous use of aromatic herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients: coriander, mint, and parsley, as well as saffron, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, and black pepper. Rice is a key ingredient and is expertly cooked alongside meat, chicken, or fish. Thanks to the country's rich agricultural tradition, a wide array of vegetables, legumes, and grains are available. But the focus is on their culture of hospitality, their generosity, and their desire to share food with others. Eating together is considered a special opportunity to socialize and bond: Sharing is Caring!

THAILAND – The Flavors and Colors of the Spirit

Each dish seeks to harmoniously combine these flavors, creating a true explosion of pleasure on the palate. Key ingredients used in Thai cuisine include rice, curry paste, coconut milk, and aromatic herbs such as lemongrass, mint, coriander, and Thai basil. Each curry has its own unique spiciness and flavor profile. Thai cuisine also promotes shared meals, often with dishes served in the center of the table to be shared among friends and family. Thais are known for their kindness and warmth in welcoming guests for a spiritual and unforgettable culinary experience.

GREECE – The Flavors of Mediterranean Cuisine

Based on high-quality ingredients such as olive oil, vegetables, fish, meat, cheeses, and aromatic herbs, it offers a variety of tasty and healthy dishes. INDIA – On the train to Darjeeling

India is a diverse country with a wide variety of regional cuisines. Each region has its own traditional dishes and typical preparation methods, but there are some common characteristics. The aroma of spices—turmeric and cumin, coriander, curry, chili peppers, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg—give Indian dishes a distinctive flavor. Indians use a blend of spices called "masala," useful for preparing sauces, curries, and marinades. The fragrance of naan (bread), the deliciousness of samosas (fried stuffed triangles), and the deliciousness of tandoori masala (chicken cooked in an earthenware pot). A travel experience where you can admire the beauty of tea plantations, lush forests, and the Himalayan mountains rising on the horizon of your taste buds.

BRAZIL – The Saudade of Flavors

Brazilian cuisine is a culinary melting pot, blending indigenous, Portuguese, African, and other migrant influences. Rich in vibrant flavors, the rhythm of the pandeiro plays in a game of capoeira that's sure to be a blast. One of the essential ingredients is undoubtedly meat. "Churrasco" is one of the most famous dishes, a Brazilian barbecue in which various types of meat, including beef, pork, and chicken, are expertly grilled on large skewers and served with sides like rice, beans, farofa (a toasted cassava flour), and salads. And of course, feijoada is a delicious stew of black beans cooked with a variety of pork, usually served with rice, cabbage, and oranges. Brazilian cuisine—rich, diverse, and colorful—reflects its vibrant, festive culture, characterized by a passion for music, dance, sports, and spirituality.

MOROCCO – An oasis of pleasure

Moroccan cuisine reflects Morocco's history, geography, and cultural diversity, with Berber, Arabic, Mediterranean, and African influences. One of its distinctive aspects is the rich and complex flavors of its dishes, spiced with cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and saffron. Ras el hanout is a traditional spice blend that varies from family to family, but typically includes a combination of over a dozen different spices. Couscous is undoubtedly an iconic dish, a blend of durum wheat semolina and vegetables, accompanied by meat (such as lamb, chicken, or beef) or fish, and enriched with spices and sauces. Mint tea, often served in tall glasses and garnished with fresh mint leaves, is offered as a sign of welcome and hospitality. This cuisine enchants the senses and transports us to the warm, soft dunes of the Sahara Desert.

MEXICO – Between magic and delicacies

Mexican cuisine is renowned worldwide for its vibrancy and creative use of fresh, diverse ingredients. It is rich in history and tradition, reflecting the fusion of indigenous Mesoamerican, Spanish, and other cultural influences. One of the most iconic ingredients in Mexican cuisine is corn. It was a staple food for indigenous cultures such as the Aztecs and the Mayans, and is still widely used today. Another essential ingredient is chili peppers, which include a wide variety, such as jalapeño, serrano, poblano, and the extremely hot habanero. Guacamole is another Mexican dish loved worldwide. It is an avocado-based sauce enriched with onion, tomato, cilantro, and lime juice, and served as an appetizer with tortillas or corn nachos. It is a celebration of flavors, full of joy and sharing, inspired by a people who celebrate life, love for family, spirituality, and national identity.
